Programme Highlight
The Tung Chung New Town (TCNT) project is a comprehensively planned new town with adequate local and regional community facilities to cater for a larger population. NL/2020/05 is one of the Contracts under the development of TCNT, the scope of works includes:

i. Widening of Tung Chung Road North;
ii. Re-provisioning of existing Tung Chung Community Services Complex;
iii. Site formation works for Tung Chung Area 23;
iv. Construction of carpark at Ma Wan Chung;
v. Road improvement works and drainage works at Chung Yan Road; and
vi. Construction of open space at Tung Chung Area 29A and a coastal pedestrian access.

 

This technical visit will begin with an introduction of the project highlights and visit the Smart Site Management System Room. Through the site visit, participants will be able to enter the Tung Chung East Promenade, Ma Wan Chung Carpark works site, Area 29A works site and Coastal Pedestrian Access.

• The maximum number of participants is limited to 25 on a first-come first-served basis with priority given to members of HKIE Civil Division.
• Applicants who have already successfully registered to or participated in more than FIVE (5) visits organised by Civil Division in the session 2023-24 will be given lower priority during the process of registration.
