Programme highlight
The biannual Exchange Camp, jointly organised with China Civil Engineering Society, is a highlight event of the division with a view to broadening the knowledge horizon in respect of infrastructure development in Mainland China for young engineers.
Subject to the arrangements by the Mainland’s counterparts, participants will have the opportunity to visit the latest infrastructure development projects in Beijing city and Hebei Province, including the stadiums of the 2022 Winter Olympics, highway and railway works, and the state-level’s new development area in 雄安新區. Participants will also have opportunity to visit the major attractions in the cities and local universities.
Participants are required to prepare brief information research and to present a selected topic in groups during the Exchange Camp.
Registration & Enquiries
Applications are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis and priority will be given to members of civil division aged at or below 35.
For registration, please complete on-line registration on the relevant event page of Civil Division Website (http://cv.hkie.org.hk) on or before 31 January 2020. Number of participants is limited to 25. Successful applicants will be informed of the payment details individually.

Registration Fee
HK$3,800 (including transportation, accommodation and major meals)
