Programme highlights 
The PRC is the world's largest developing country and has emerged as the "world factory". More and more Hong Kong companies are expanding their business across the bounder. They are facing with great challenges in many safety, health and environment issues. The speaker will share his experience in the implementation of safety practice in the PRC.

Speaker 
Mr Victor Kwong, assistant general manager – Safety and Risk Management of Hong Kong and China Gas Investment Ltd. He was a former member of the Factory Inspectorate Division of Labour Department. In the past twenty years, he was responsible for the development and implementation proactive safety and environmental management system in the company. At present, he is responsible for the safety and risk management issues of over 39 gas and water joint venture projects in the PRC.
