This contract was commenced in February 2003 for completion in mid 2009, with a total contract sum of HK$3,925 million, involving mainly reclamation of about 18 hectares of the seabed in front of the Star Ferry Pier from Central Reclamation Phase I to Lung King Street including construction of seawalls.
