[FULL] Technical Visit to Central –Liantang/ Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point Site Formation and Infrastructure Works - Contract 2 (Contract No. CV/2012/08)

Programme Highlight

The Liantang/Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point (LT/HYW BCP) will be the seventh land crossing between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. The project mainly comprises site formation of about 23 hectares of land for provision of the LT/HYW BCP buildings and the associated facilities and infrastructures.

Contract CV/2012/08 is one of the contracts for LT/HYW BCP Project. The works include construction of a 5.2km dual two-lane trunk road connecting the Fanling Interchange and the Sha Tau Kok Interchange, and the associated waterworks, drainage, building service, landscaping, utilities and traffic engineering works.

This technical visit will start with a brief introduction to CV/2012/08 and follow by site walk to major facilities on site.

Number of participants is limited to 20 on a first-come first-served basis with priority given to members of HKIE Civil Division.

Applicants who have already successfully registered to or participated in more than FIVE (5) visits organised by Civil Division in the session 2017-18 will be given lower priority during the process of registration.
