Programme Highlights

Shatin to Central Link (SCL) is one of the five railway projects to be constructed in Hong Kong and it will be a strategic railway linking NENT via East Kowloon with West Kowloon and NWNT, and connecting NT North from the boundary with Admiralty on Hong Kong Island by extending East Rail Line across the harbour.  In this presentation, Ir James Chow will discuss the alignment and planning of SCL, and highlight some of the challenges involved with the construction of SCL.

Ir James Chow is the MTR Project Manager for Shatin to Central Link and Kwun Tong Line Extension.  He has involved in metro railway construction since the Tsuen Wan Line Extension and has worked in various railway and tunnel projects in Singapore, Mainland and Hong Kong.
