The main theme of the conference is “Enhancing the value of major public projects in Hong Kong” and our renowned speakers include:

(i)                 Ir. Wing-wah CHUI, the Principal Assistant Secretary (Works) from Development Bureau of the HKSAR Government, and

(ii)               Steve HOLMES from the Ministry of Transportation Ontario, Canada.

In view of the large scale and profound importance of the ten major infrastructure projects implemented/to be implemented in Hong Kong, the conference aims at providing a platform for the government officials, construction professionals and academia to exchange their knowledge and experience in the domain of Value Management for the purpose of enhancing the value of those large-scale public projects.
