Programme Highlights
With a total area of 488 hectares, Kowloon East comprises Kai Tak Development, Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay Business Areas. The government has a strong determination to adopt a visionary, coordinated and integrated CBD2 strategy to facilitate the transformation of Kowloon East into an attractive alternative CBD of Hong Kong to support our economic growth and strengthen our global competitiveness. The CBD2 strategy will focuses on enhancing Connectivity, Branding, Design and Diversity of the district.
In the seminar, the speakers will highlight the special features and green initiatives of this mega project. The participants will have an opportunity to tour around the EKEOwhich is the first temporary office building granted the highest platinum rating under the BEAM Plus green building rating system.
