Programme Highlights

During construction of High Island Reservoir, various rock sections were exposed near the East Dam. Hence it provides an ideal location for one to observe geological features such as Hong Kong’s unique hexagonal volcanic columns.

The event is organized by HKIE CVD Students Liaison Group. The event will introduce to our Civil Engineering students geological features at Hong Kong.

Seats are limited to 25. 

The number of applicants exceeded the capacity. On-line registration was CLOSED. 

Priority will be given to Civil Engineering undergraduate students.
