Ir. Tsang is a Civil Engineer by profession with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a past president of Hong Kong Mediation Centre, Founding Director of the Joint Mediation Helpline Office.

Mr Chow is a Chief Claims Officer who heads the claims function with a foreign insurance company. He has over 20 years of experience in claims management in the general insurance industry. He is an accredited mediator, instructor and assessor of Hong Kong Mediation Centre. He is a past Vice President of Hong Kong mediation Centre.

Programme Highlights

This Seminar provides an overview of different approaches to Alternative Dispute Resolution by means of Mediation. The Speakers will demonstrate how mediation skills can be applied to the following and with cases sharing session:

1. make negotiation more effective, and
2. make communication more effective, improve interpersonal relationship and avoid conflicts/disputes
