About the talk--
在面對極端天氣、全球暖化及土地資源不足等嚴峻環境下, 應如何以可持續發展的概念去解決市區水浸問題?
渠務署在設計及興建防洪工程中, 加入多項創新概念;包括建造地下蓄洪池、運用智能水閘、水資源回收重用等,並將泵房埋藏在人造真草山丘下,為市民提供更多休憩用地。
在工程期間,又如何將對跑馬地遊樂場內外的活動如賽馬、足球及跑步等影響减至最低。
