The registration fee is HK$250 for HKIE member and HK$320 for non-HKIE member

The registration deadline is 15 March 2019. The number of participants is limited to 25 on a first-come-first-served basis with priorities given to members of HKIE Civil Division. Only successful applicants will be informed on or before 19 March 2019.
