Lee Brankley 
CARES CEO
With a background in the steel industry Lee Brankley is an active member of national and international standards making committees with a  world-class knowledge of steel products, sustainable development and procurement in construction. Has advised governments on the major issues  in the steel industry to ensure optimum sustainability performance of steel products sourced for major infrastructure projects.

Mr Ayhan TUGRUL 
BSc, CSAP Cert, CWEng, PEDEng, NEBOSH IGC
Ayhan Tugrul is General Manager at CARES where he is responsible for the development and effective implementation of CARES strategies and business plans. He is an active member of the CARES Board and Policy Advisory Committee as well as operational technical committees.
