Programme Highlight
An introduction to the programme under the NEC form of Contract. Will the NEC form of Contract lead to changes with regard to how programming is undertaken in Hong Kong? Will poor programming lead to an inability to recover entitlement under a compensation event? Will the Hong Kong construction industry be able to fulfil the programming requirements under the NEC form?
The speaker, Clive Randall, is both a Civil Engineer and Builder with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, 27 years of which have been spent on projects in Hong Kong and throughout the Asia Pacific region. Clive specialises in planning and project controls on multi-million dollar infrastructure projects throughout Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Clive has an advanced understanding of planning software including Primavera P6 and an in-depth experience of developing planning strategies and procedures for design, tenders, projects and claims. Clive has been intimately involved in developing and implementing risk management techniques during the tender and construction phase of projects.
