The 21st HKSTS International Conference, jointly organized by HKSTS and Department of Construction Technology and Engineering, Faculty of Science and Technology at the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong, will be held at the InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong Hotel on 10-12 December 2016. The International Conference aims to foster excellence in transportation research and practice, stimulate professional interchange, as well as provide a local and international forum for exchanging ideas on transportation development. Over the past twenty years, this annual conference has developed into a focal international event with over one hundred participants from the government, industry and academia from different parts of the world. This year’s theme is “Smart Transportation”. We continue to welcome papers on a wide array of topics in transportation and logistics.
