Speakers
Martin Downey – qualified arbitrator and mediator. Martin is a leading construction lawyer and his practice spans commercial litigation, arbitration, mediation and alternative dispute resolution, including regulatory and environmental issues
Nick Longley – qualified lawyer in England and Wales, Hong Kong and Australia and fellow of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Nick is a construction specialist on all aspects of construction law, including procurement, contract production and negotiation, claims preparation and dispute resolution.
Rosie Ng – qualified lawyer in England and Wales and Hong Kong. Rosie has experience of dealing in large scale litigation and arbitration in London, Bermuda and Hong Kong, a former director of the Hong Kong Insurance Law Association
